LED Strip

LED lights gradually emerge in the decoration industry because they are thin, soft, lasting, secure and so many other good features. Even though LED lights have so many good features, they have their own disadvantages. LED lights are a new product and many customers have not used them before, so I would like to share some information with you about installing LED lights:
     1. Indoor installation: when LED lights are for indoor decoration, they do not have to suffer wind and rain, and the installation is very simple. Each LED light is affixed with 3M double-sided self-adhesive glue on the back, when you fix it, you just need to tear the double-sided adhesive stickers off, and then install the light to any place you want, after that please flat it using your hand. How should I do if there are some angles need to be changed or the space is a little big? Very simple, LED lights is based on LED, three LED is a set, and they compose a series and parallel circuit, so every three LED could be cut separately.
     2. Outdoor Installation: when LED lights are for outdoor decoration, they  have to suffer wind and rain, so using 3M glue, 3M glue will become weaker and weaker as the time goes by, which makes the LED lights fail off, so we often use slot fixed for outdoor installation, the places where need to be cut or connected , you could use the same methods as we shared in indoor installation, but there is only one thing deferent, you need to prepare some waterproof glue to keep the water away.
     3. Methods of Connecting the Power Supply: LED lights are used with a general DC 12V voltage, so it requires the switching power supply; the size of the power supply is depended on the power and the way of connection. If you do not want to have every LED light controlled by one power, you can purchase a relatively larger power switching power supply to do the total power supply, then all the LED lights could be composed in a parallel circuit (if the wire is not long enough, you can extend it), controlled by the total switching power supply. The advantage of this method is centralized control; the disadvantage is that it could not be achieved with every single LED light effects and the light switch control. It depends on choosing the proper installation method.
     4. The controller connections: LED lights and RGB lights achieve the changes required effect by using the controller, and the distance between each two controller is not the same, usually, the distance between two simple controllers is 10 to 25 meters, and the distance between two remote controllers is 15 to 20 meters, the longest one is 30 meters. If the distance between the LED lights is a little long, and the controller could not control the lights that long, you need to use a power amplifier to solve the problem.
     5. Pay attention to the connection distance between LED lights: in general, 3528 LED lights, the connection distance could be up to 20 meters, 5050 LED lights, the connection distance could be up to 15 meters. If the distance exceeds this standard, the LED lights are easy to heat up, which would make influence on the lasting feature the LED lights. Therefore, you should read the instructions firstly before installing the LED lights.
